Forms
The new Forms module combines Staff Requests, EOTC Requests and the e-Portfolio teacher evaluation system into a single flexible system that allows you and your team to build custom workflows around any type of form or approval process.
Pre-built and user-optimised EONZ approved EOTC forms are built in, and our team are here to help you customise them to suit your needs.
Discussion & Collaboration
For EOTC requests, we have extended the system’s capabilities to allow for group collaboration and discussion around forms, requests and EOTC proposals. We also have added a new evaluation mode that lets your team review EOTC events after they are completed to fully round-trip your process.
Advanced Form Builder
For building your own forms, we have a brand new form builder that allows effortless creation of complex forms.
Migration & Rollout
We are so excited to get SchoolBridge 2.0 out to our users, we have decided to progressively roll out the system as new features become available.
Our team have been busy migrating forms used in the previous system to the new SchoolBridge. If you are a current SchoolBridge user, when you log into the new system for the first time these will be ready to use.
Starting in January 2021 the following modules will be available:
- Forms - EOTC, Staff Requests & More
- Permission Slips
- Dashboards - Customised homepages to your users (caregivers, students and staff)
- Resources - Content sharing targeted to any group in KAMAR (think Intranet)
As we head into 2021 we will be rolling out new versions of the following features as they become available:
- Online Permission Slips
- Absence Reporting
- Sport & Activity Registrations
- Health & Safety Reporting
- Staff Reimbursement Claims
- HOD Report Builder
- HOD Budget Requests
