- How do I login?
You use the email that you provide the school, here is a quick video. If it advises "account not found", it is usually because the school hold a different email address for you, or data sharing settings have been adjusted in the school.kiwi (KAMAR) portal and have prevented parent emails coming through to our system. Contact the school in either case. - How do I login to the App?
The login process is much the same, here is a different video. - I have multiple students, why can't I see both?
Contact your school, Your name and email must match exactly on all students. If they are both at the same school and you can't see them, the school needs to ensure they are linked as siblings in the school's student management system first which is where we get our data from. - I can't see any Timetables?
Schools can turn off and on any information at any time, especially Timetables at the start of the year. We have no control over this. - I click Attendance, Reports or Results and I'm asked to login again?
Some icons on your Dashboard link to 3rd party services. You will need to contact your school or the other service directly.
