Halls of Residence Applications

Allow students to request references from their teachers in our easy to use Halls of Residence Application system. Student select up to 5 staff members, choose their hall and enter a summary.

Staff then get notified, view the full student profile, results and comments and can check a range of customisable questions and fill in a comment. Your Careers advisor then generates a complete summary and completes the application. Easy.

Student Referee Requests

For Students:

Students can view all Universities offering Halls Accommodation. They can request feedback for each location, submit a summary and track the progress as their designated staff complete it. 

For Staff:

Staff members will receive a daily summary email (if enabled) with any requests sent through from students. This is combined in with their Course Selection and Notification email summary. They will be directed to SchoolPoint where they can complete a range of evaluation questions and checkboxes.

Students progress report data will be presented to them and they can give a clear reference for the student. Once complete, they submit it to your Careers Advisors for review.
