This module provides a complete system for your HODs to submit their funding requests for the coming year. You can set up custom expense categories, define for which departments budgets are required and who of your staff members can give budget approval.

As your HOD’s enter in the funding requests for the categories you have defined, they can see a detailed spreadsheet overview of how those funds will be disbursed through the year. Once they are happy with what they have entered they can submit their budget which your approvers can then view or amend before accepting. Finally, you can export a full report of all department budgets combined to give you a complete overview of the fiscal year ahead.
