As we build native custom applications any features here are recommendations and we built to suit. Inbox Design do not need to host or manage your website to allow you to publish any content or notifications to the app, we can provide an interface for this, but do recommend our responsive website and content management services. You must be running the KAMAR Parent Portal version 3.4.1 or above, we can assist with setting this up, updating it to the newest version and themeing the portal if required. 
Hosting for the app is included in your standard web hosting costs, non website customers may incur a low monthly fee for the hosted content/kamar connectivity.
